About Fastest Labs

Fastest Labs provides professional drug, alcohol, DNA, and workplace testing services for companies and individuals. We help employers build safer workplaces, stay compliant, make better hiring decisions, and respond quickly when testing needs arise.

Our standard is simple: clean, fast, accurate, and dignified testing.

We are growing and looking for a highly capable, proactive person who can support the General Manager, improve operational follow-through, communicate well with clients, and help the business scale.

This is not a “wait to be told what to do” role. We need someone who sees what needs to happen, takes ownership, uses technology well, and helps move the business forward.

  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve writing, organization, workflow, documentation, and productivity

Why Join Fastest Labs?

This is a meaningful role in a growing small business where your work directly impacts client experience, team efficiency, and business growth.

You will not be stuck doing the same narrow task every day. You will support operations, clients, field testing, billing, inventory, technology, and process improvement. For the right person, this role has room to grow.

We are looking for someone who wants to become a trusted operational right hand- not just someone looking for a desk and a checklist.

Must be able to work a variable schedule based on client needs and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule for testing collections.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
