About the Role:
Join Home Helpers of Germantown as a Business Development Representative, where you'll play a vital role in connecting families with compassionate in-home care services. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact in the Memphis community.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote services.
  • Attend networking events and community functions to represent the company.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
  • Passion for helping others and improving lives.
About Us:

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
