Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote services.
- Attend networking events and community functions to represent the company.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
