- Has significant experience caring for individuals with dementia/Alzheimerās
- Understands behavior management, redirection, safety monitoring, and emotional reassurance
- Is compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Holds a valid driverās license and reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check
- Is committed to delivering high-quality, dignified care
