No experience is required. With paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support, you’ll feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily routines and personal care
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Help with light household tasks
- Support seniors’ independence while giving families peace of mind

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- No experience required—full training provided
