At Carewatch of Michigan Home Care, we lead with heart. We’re currently seeking Client Care Managers (Careleads) who are passionate about caregiving, thrive in leadership, and are ready to help shape and grow our care team. You’ll be a leader in the field, supporting clients, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring care is always delivered with compassion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care coverage when shifts are open
• Conduct hands-on training and onboarding with new caregivers
• Perform client intakes, care plan walkthroughs, and quality assurance visits
• Lead supervisory visits to ensure service excellence
• Serve as a dependable field leader and liaison with the office team

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidate must be able to manage time efficiently and independently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Home Care
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and entry-level computer proficiency
  • Previous management experience; Home Care preferred

Minimum Requirements:
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Available to work 8-hour days
• Willing to work at least 1–2 weekends per month
• 1+ year of caregiving or CNA experience
• Comfortable with TRAVEL and leading in-field operations
