As our Sales & Care Experience Manager, you’ll spend about 75% of your time driving outside sales and referral relationships, and 25% ensuring new and existing clients receive the highest quality care experience. You’ll play a vital dual role: growing our business through strategic community outreach and maintaining high-touch care quality by staying closely connected to clients and caregivers.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with local referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, social workers, and senior communities.
- Attend networking events, community fairs, and healthcare industry functions to represent Right at Home.
- Generate, track, and convert leads through our CRM platform and ensure consistent, timely follow-up.
- Identify growth opportunities, share market feedback, and help shape local outreach strategies.
- Conduct in-home assessments for new or potential clients and develop tailored care plans based on their needs.
- Perform caregiver and client audits to ensure care plans are being followed and services meet our high standards.
- Check in regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction, adjust care plans if needed, and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
- Check in with caregivers in the field to maintain engagement, provide support, and reinforce quality expectations.
- Personally attend first shifts to introduce the caregiver, ease the transition, and ensure everyone is comfortable.
- Partner with the internal scheduling and care team to ensure the best matches and service outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or relationship-based sales.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.
- Natural relationship-builder with a heart for service and high emotional intelligence.
- Able to balance structured outreach with flexibility to respond to urgent client needs.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout Visalia and surrounding areas.
