💵 Starting Pay Rates:

  • PCA – $15.00/hr

  • CNA – $16.50/hr

  • Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr
    👉 Plus, receive a $0.50 raise after completing required training!

📝 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

  • Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)

  • Performing light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying)

  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals

  • Offering medication reminders

  • Providing safe transportation for errands and appointments

  • Educating family members on caregiving techniques

What We’re Looking For:

  • PCA or CNA certification (required)

  • Ability to provide dignified, respectful care

  • Ability to follow structured care plans

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Flexibility and adaptability in different care environments

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email

  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

  • Must pass a background check
