💵 Pay Rates:
- PCA: $15.00/hr
- Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr
- CNA: $16.50/hr

📝 What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship & emotional support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Light housekeeping & laundry
- Prepare simple, healthy meals
- Medication reminders
- Support dementia care needs
- Communicate clearly with clients & families
✅ What You’ll Need:
- PCA certificate, CNA license, or Nursing Assistant experience
- A compassionate, respectful care approach
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Clean background check
- Dementia experience is a plus
- Comfortable with small pets
- Responsive via phone/email
