SYNERGY HOMECARE IS LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS THAT ARE WASHINGTON STATE CERTIFIED WITH THEIR HCA, CNA, OR NAR. WE ARE LOOKING FOR DAYSHIFT AND WEEKENDS. WE ARE HIRING FOR FULL TIME, PART TIME, & AS NEEDED (PRN). WE HAVE 12 HOUR SHIFTS, 8 HOUR SHIFTS, 4 HOUR SHIFTS AND 1 HOUR SHIFTS. OUR 1 HOUR SHIFTS PAY $30 PER HOUR. SYNERGY HomeCare offers CNAs, HCAs & NARs:

  • Competitive pay between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Pay is dependent upon the client's level of care)

As a CNA/ HCA/ NAR with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Provide personal care to clients as needed
  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
CNA/ HCA/ NAR Benefits include:

  •  100% Mileage reimbursement ($0.67/mile)
