Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care for clients.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust care plans accordingly.

- Ensure that all care documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
