Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our Norton Shores team. In this rewarding role, you will provide vital support to individuals in their daily lives, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged. Your compassion and skill will directly improve the quality of life for our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Foster open communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Document care activities and report any changes in client condition promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a caring demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation: $13.55 - $15.00 per hour
