- A genuine passion for helping others and a caring demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
