Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of caregivers to deliver top-notch care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Monitor and evaluate care quality and make improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or caregiving field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications and/or licensure.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
