Director of Nursing
- Assessing and evaluating patients' health status
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Valid RN license in the state of California
- Must have a bachelor's degree in nursing or other health-related field with 3 - 4 years of experience.
- Three years of management experience within the last five (5) years in a home health or related health care organization, at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity, OR A Registered Nurse with four (4) years’ experience within the last five (5) years in a home health, home health agency, primary care clinical or health facility, at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
