Therefore you will be willing to take on caregiving shifts while you help continue the growth of our thriving Pierce County office. This is a rare opportunity to run with the existing growth momentum and amplify our growth to position yourself for great personal and career growth opportunities. You will start by being trained by current Caregivers as a backup for each of their Clients. Simultaneously you will be in charge of Caregiver recruitment which is our #1 priority for Pierce County. You will report to and work directly with the two Co-Founders and be trained by them for future promotion opportunities. You must be a self-starter because you will be given copious amounts of autonomy.
With a strong and stable team of Caregivers in place through your recruitment efforts, you will start to move into the LEAD role in the county acting as a mentor to your staff. We will then work with you to increase your customer base through marketing and sales. This is where the fun starts and the opportunities for career growth really open up. Once you've succeeded at Caregiver recruitment and growing the number of service hours we provide, you can start to determine what you most prefer to do. Since you'll be the first lead role we hire in Pierce County, you'll have first choice if you want to go into general Office/Operations Management, focus on marketing or recruitment or take on something entirely new that fits your skillset. This role has the excitement of a startup with the financial stability of an established firm.
You must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record as well as access to reliable transportation. Your salary guarantees you a predictable wage and there will be opportunity for bonuses. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. You will be backed by an established headquarters in Bellevue, WA as well as a support staff who works 7am - 9pm to ensure our continued success and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Start with Caregiver duties then supervisor duties
- If you don't already intimately know the job description for a Caregiver, please don't apply
- Train and support the other Caregivers in your county
- Act as a backup Caregiver
- Move into recruitment duties
- Identify the best sources for Caregiver recruitment
- Coordinate with our fulltime recruiters
- Conduct interviews, hiring and onboarding
- Retain great Caregivers
- Marketing / sales duties
- Attend local networking events
- Establish yourself as a trusted industry member
- Attain referrals from area hospitals, clinics & other sources
- Increase the number of service hours weekly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current HCA or CNA license
- 5 years of prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
- CPR certification required
