We are looking for a dedicated Lead Care Provider (Floater) to join our team. In this dynamic, full-time role (guaranteed 40 hours/week), you will fill in for client shifts, mentor caregivers, and help us deliver top-tier care throughout the community.

β¨ What Youβll Do as a Lead Care Provider:
π Step in to cover shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM as needed.
π Provide on-call care to seniors across Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Hampton.
π©βπ« Mentor, train, and support caregivers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
π¬ Offer companionship and engaging conversation.
π Assist with personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
π§Ί Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
π½οΈ Help prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
π Medication reminders and adherence support.
π¨βπ©βπ§ Educate family members on safe and supportive care techniques.
π Jumpstart care for new clients to ensure smooth transitions.
π Complete other tasks assigned by the Administrator.

β Valid Driverβs License & Personal Vehicle β Travel is part of the role.
