Right at Home Des Moines is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide companion and personal cares to our clients living in the Des Moines Metro Area and surrounding areas. Requirements of a Caregiver:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Pass Background Check
- Ability to be reliable and dependable
- Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Caregiver:
- Homemaking tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, companionship, engaging activities as appropriate
- Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
- Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
- Provide delegated nursing tasks trained by our RNs
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide respite care
- Provide transportation as needed
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
