About the Role
A Better Solution in Home Care is hiring Caregivers (HCA/CNA) for afternoon and evening shifts on Camano Island!
We are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who are available later in the day and enjoy providing personalized, one-on-one care in a client’s home.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will vary based on each client’s individual care plan and may include:
- Personal care assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Mobility, transfers, and ambulation assistance
- Meal preparation and mealtime support
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Errands and household assistance
- Companionship and meaningful interaction
- Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition or needs
- Completing required shift documentation
- Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
What We’re Looking For
- Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or currently working toward certification as permitted by Washington State requirements
- Availability for afternoon and/or evening shifts
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Dependable and comfortable traveling to clients on Camano Island
- Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to caregiving
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet Washington State background and employment requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but we encourage qualified caregivers at different experience levels to apply

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
