Weekday Daytime Opportunity | Monday–Friday | 7–8 Hours Per Day
ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide in-home support to a client in Bartlett, Illinois.
A Hindi-speaking caregiver is preferred to help promote clear communication, comfort, and a positive caregiving experience for the client and family. If you enjoy providing respectful, personalized care and are looking for a reliable weekday schedule, we would love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Location: Bartlett, IL
- Position: CNA / Caregiver / HHA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: Daytime
- Hours: Approximately 7–8 hours per day
- Employment Type: Full-Time Weekday Caregiving
- Language: Hindi-speaking preferred
- Experience: Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
The caregiver will provide dependable in-home assistance while helping the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Duties may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing personal care and hygiene support
- Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting mobility, walking, and safe transfers
- Providing meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
- Offering companionship and friendly conversation
- Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
- Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client
- Supporting daily routines and appointments as needed
- Following the client’s individualized care plan
- Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition
- Communicating professionally with the family and care team
- Maintaining the client’s dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times
Qualifications
We welcome applicants with experience as a:
- CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
- Caregiver
- HHA – Home Health Aide
- Personal Care Assistant
- Private Duty Caregiver
- Home Care Aide
Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous experience in senior care, home care, or personal care
- Ability to assist with ADLs and daily routines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A kind, patient, and respectful approach
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- Hindi-speaking ability preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and document care appropriately
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation, if required
- Willingness to complete required screening and onboarding procedures
