We are a Generations Home Care, LLC is a growing business that provides non-medical, in-home care and support services for adults and seniors. We focus on the customer service we provide to our clients, caregivers and referral sources. We are here to provide care, compassion and support. Our lines of business are private pay, private long-term care and VA home and community-based services.
 
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Assistant to our Staffing Specialist Lead with a focus on client and caregiver success. Must be comfortable working in the field and supporting both caregivers and clients. This position goes beyond office scheduling – the ideal candidate will be actively involved in new caregiver introductions, starting new cases, filling last-minute call-offs, caregiver support, training, coaching, and on- call responsibilities. This candidate is someone who leads by example and enjoys being actively involved with caregivers and clients in the field – not someone who wants a strictly desk-based scheduling position. 
 
The right person must be dependable, calm under pressure, an excellent communicator, and confident working directly with caregivers and clients. 
 
As the In-Field Client and Caregiver Success Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 
·        Supporting our Staffing Specialist Lead.
·        Assist with daily scheduling and maintaining appropriate caregiver coverage.
·        Step in to cover caregiver call-offs and urgent staffing needs, when necessary, directed by Staffing Specialist Lead.
·        Assist with starting new cases and making sure caregivers understand the client’s care plan, routines, expectations, and home
         environment.
·        Conduct new caregiver introductions and ensure caregivers are properly introduced to clients and families.
·        Provide hands-on support during the transition into new cases.
·        Visit clients and caregivers in the field as needed to ensure quality of care and caregiver success.
·        Provide ongoing caregiver support and troubleshoot scheduling or client-care concerns.
·        Train, coach, mentor and support caregivers in the field.
·        Professionally and efficiently assist with client and caregiver inquiries.
·        Maintain accurate scheduling records and communicate important updates to management
·        Build rapport and relationships with our staff, clients and referral sources.
·        Assist with other related administrative duties/projects, as assigned.
·        Sharing the rotation of on-call 24/7 duties – scheduled after business hours and weekends – Weekend Bonus Pay provided.

Skills/Qualifications:

·       Prior scheduling/staffing experience with an in-home care agency, preferably with in home care  or other healthcare related fields            such as: Home Health and Hospice
  
·       Must have proven in-field hands-on care experience, Certified Nursing Assistant preferred!
  
·       Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  
·       High attention to detail and strong work ethic

·       Experience training caregivers is a plus.
 
·       Must have knowledge about home health and hospice services
 
·       Present in a professional manor
 
·       Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
 
·       Excels at customer service in a care environment and has strong interpersonal skills
 
·       Organized and the ability to multi-task
 
·       Able to work independently and in fast paced team environment
 
·       Proven leadership experience and develops strong relationships with coworkers
 
·       Person who is flexible, reliable and a team player
 
·       On-call experience

Pay: $48,000-$50,000 
 
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
