ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregiving professionals to join their growing team in Towson, MD! Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
- Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs)
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate care team members
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being and quality of life
Requirements:
- Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver
- Valid state certification where applicable (CNA, GNA, or Med Tech licensure in Maryland preferred)
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus
- Own transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll County area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
