About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregiving professionals to join their growing team in Randallstown, MD! Whether you're a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or experienced Caregiver, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most — right in your own community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs)
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to appropriate staff
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll area
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Covid-19 Vaccinated
- Previous home care or long-term care experience is highly valued
