Are you an active male NJ CHHA looking for a rewarding position with steady pay and a schedule built around your life? At Seniors Helping Seniors, we currently have a high demand for male caregivers. Many of our senior male clients specifically request a male peer to assist them with personal care, daily routines, and companionship. If you are looking to make a meaningful difference while working with clients who truly value your presence, we want you on our team!

Why Male Caregivers Choose Seniors Helping Seniors: We aren’t a large, impersonal corporate agency. Owned and operated by local husband-and-wife team Matt and Erin Eckard, our agency treats caregivers like the true healthcare professionals they are. We thoughtfully match you with long-term, consistent clients based on personality, shared interests, and background.

  • Top-Tier Pay: Starting at $20.00/hr, with $22.00/hr for weekend shifts.

  • Flexible & High-Hour Schedules: Whether you want part-time consistency, full-time hours, or high-hour respite/overnight shifts, we build a routine around you.

  • Direct Owner & Leadership Support: 24/7 direct access to Matt, Erin, and our leadership team—you are never left without support on a shift.

  • Perks & Growth: Paid orientation, ongoing clinical training, and employee referral bonuses!

What You Will Do (Clinical Scope / Home Health Aide):

  • Peer-to-Peer Companionship & Memory Care: Providing engagement, specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia support, and a friendly connection (many of our guys love talking sports, history, or just having another guy around).

  • Personal Care (ADLs): Providing safe, dignified assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

  • Nutrition & Homemaking: Meal planning/preparation and light housekeeping.

  • Transportation: Driving clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and running errands.

Position Requirements:

  • Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required).

  • Valid Driver’s License and a reliable insured vehicle for client transport (Required).

  • Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a dependable attitude.

  • Open availability for day, weekend, or overnight shifts is a major plus!
