About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. In this
role, you will be the face of our agency in the community — building relationships with referral
sources, educating healthcare professionals about our services, and driving census growth. If

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted
living communities, physicians' offices, and other referral sources
• Conduct regular in-person visits and presentations to healthcare professionals and
community partners
• Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
• Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to ensure smooth intake and client
satisfaction
• Track and report on marketing activity, referral trends, and census data
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase agency visibility
• Maintain a consistent presence in the territory and manage a defined call cycle
Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare or home care marketing/sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry strongly desired
• Proven track record of building referral relationships and meeting growth targets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

As a Caregiver, you will:
- Assist with daily activities to help our clients stay independent and live in their own homes.
- Provide personal care assistance.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ROM.
- Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the client and their family.
