What You’ll Do
You will provide high-quality, hands-on care and support, including:
Personal Care Services
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, oral hygiene
- Mobility support including transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion exercises
- Toileting and incontinence care (bedpan, commode, urinal support)
- Meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance
- Emotional support through companionship, conversation, and engagement
- Safe use of assistive devices (walker, cane, crutches, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Following all agency policies, infection control, and safety procedures
Household Support
- Light housekeeping (cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen care)
- Client laundry only
- Grocery shopping and basic errands
- Other supportive tasks as mutually agreed with client and agency

Requirements
- Passion for helping others and improving lives
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior caregiver experience (home care or facility setting)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- CNA certification is a plus
- CPR certification
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to meet physical demands of caregiving
- Familiarity with Hoyer lifts is preferred, but willingness to be trained is absolutely welcome
