What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide compassionate in-home support that enhances the quality of life for our clients. Duties may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Medication reminders
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Transportation to appointments and community activities
- Engaging clients through conversation, games, reading, music, and other activities
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Positive, professional, and trustworthy
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and household tasks
- Able to work independently while following a personalized care plan
- Passionate about serving seniors and individuals with disabilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to successfully complete a competency evaluation
Preferred Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred
- Six months or more of caregiving experience preferred
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, or healthcare settings is a plus

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
