Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and overall independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and equipment use
- Recommend home modifications to enhance safety and functionality
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Current CPR certification preferred

Compensation: $62.00 - $67.00 per hour
