- Ability to drive company car for nursing duties
- perform new nursing client onboarding and develop care plan in collaboration with client, family, and other healthcare providers
- perform hospitalization assessment and collaboration with other healthcare interdisciplinary team members as needed to ensure quality care is being provided
- supervise, mentor, and support field nurses
- conduct performance evaluations and competency evaluations for field nurses
- conduct field visits and clinical observations
- new client and nurse hand off training
- delegation from Director of Nursing as needed
- Active South Dakota Registered Nurse license and in good standing.
- Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
- Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
- Able to pass a background check
