About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Direct Care Professional in Hilton Head, SC, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medication and monitor client health as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Follow care plans and adjust as necessary based on client needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or direct care role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client care.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check clearance required.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
