About the Role:
Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care as a Home Care Aide in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. This rewarding position allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential support and companionship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to the care team.
- Support mobility and physical activities to promote client independence.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in home care preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
