About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as needed.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client care and report any changes in condition to the supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition guidance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
