About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Health Care in Hilton Head as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to those in need, and we invite you to be part of our caring team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as needed.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client care and report any changes in condition to the supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition guidance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
