About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Maryville is looking for a compassionate and dependable Late Afternoon Caregiver to join our dedicated team in Maryville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care during the late afternoon hours. Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing during late afternoon shifts
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention to ensure safety at home
- Prepare and serve evening meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferences
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishes
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Communicate updates on client condition to supervisors and family members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
- Availability for consistent late afternoon and early evening shifts
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans accurately
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
