What we are looking for:
- Experience in senior care of healthcare management is highly desirable.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families
- Speak, read, write, and comprehend English
- Three years management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home health care.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for seniors based on their specific needs
- Supervise and train caregiving staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust accordingly
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and families to provide comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care activities
- Assist with caregiver recruitment
- Assist with scheduling
- Prepare updates to policies and procedures as directed
- Quarterly client supervisions
- Monitor supply needs and ensures availability of necessary supplies
- Assist with the billing process, including data entry
- Assist with internal and external marketing
