Home Health Aide (HHA) – Des Moines Metro Area
Right at Home Des Moines is looking for dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides to provide companionship and personal care services to clients throughout the Des Moines Metro Area.

What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity
- Contribute to improved health outcomes by helping clients avoid unnecessary hospitalizations and nursing home placement

Requirements of a Home Health Aide:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Pass Background Check
- Ability to be reliable and dependable
- Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:
- Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
- Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
- Provide delegated nursing tasks
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide companionship and engaging activities as appropriate
- Provide transportation as needed
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
