About the Role:
Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care in Arlington, TX, as a Caregiver. This rewarding position allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while providing essential support in their daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe environment.
  • Administer medications and monitor clients' health as directed.
  • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Compensation: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
