Position Overview
We are currently seeking a caring and reliable Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female client in Creston, Iowa during 12-hour daytime shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding relationship while making a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do
As a caregiver, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, including:
- Personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Meal planning and preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assistance with mobility and transfers
- Companionship and emotional support
- Engaging the client in activities such as conversation, reading, music, puzzles, and other hobbies
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes to the care team
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
