- Licensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
- Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
- Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
- Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
- Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers
