Right at Home Des Moines is seeking dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide companion care and personal care services to clients throughout the Des Moines Metro Area.

Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on client needs, experience, and work setting

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Passion for caring for older adults and helping them maintain independence at home
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and medication reminders
- Perform delegated nursing tasks as directed
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and care protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
