About the Role:
Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Seattle Bellevue as a Part-Time Caregiver! In this rewarding role, you'll provide essential support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health.
- Document and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals for optimal care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
