Senior Helpers is currently hiring compassionate and dependable weekend caregivers throughout the Oshkosh area.
As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every weekend shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing comfort, companionship, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
Whether you have caregiving experience or are just beginning your caregiving journey, we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

What You’ll Do
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home
• Support mobility, meal preparation, reminders, and light housekeeping
• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with seniors and families

What We’re Looking For
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality care
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required — paid training provided
