Pay Range
$20–$22 per hour, based on experience and certification

Caregiver Duties
As a Caregiver, your role will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship
- Offering dependable, one‑on‑one support in clients’ homes
- Adapting to different schedules, shifts, and client needs
Caregiver Qualifications
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we provide and pay for Caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Successful completion of a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- A caring, dependable attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
