Home Helpers Home Care of West Marietta is hiring experienced CNAs and personal caregivers for immediate overnight coverage in the Marietta/West Cobb area.
We have an immediate need for dependable caregivers who are experienced with hands-on personal care, mobility assistance, gait belts, and transfers. The initial assignment involves supporting a client returning home from rehabilitation who is currently non-weight-bearing and requires 24-hour assistance.
Immediate overnight availability is required. This is initially a short-term assignment with opportunities for continued hours and consistent client assignments as our agency grows.

Immediate Hiring Need
- 12-hour overnight shifts
- Immediate start
- Marietta/West Cobb area
- Additional daytime, weekend, and overnight opportunities may also be available
- Case-specific orientation and training provided
Responsibilities May Include
- Overnight safety supervision
- Hands-on transfers using a gait belt
- Wheelchair and mobility assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Repositioning and fall-prevention support
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and hydration support
- Light housekeeping
- Documentation and communication with the office
- Companionship while respecting the client’s independence and privacy
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced CNA, PCA, HHA, or professional caregiver
- Comfortable with hands-on personal care
- Demonstrated experience with gait belts and transfers
- Comfortable assisting a non-weight-bearing client
- Dependable and punctual
- Calm, patient, and respectful
- Able to work independently in a client’s home
- Strong communication skills
- Able to remain alert and responsive throughout an overnight shift
- Available to complete onboarding immediately
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Current CPR/First Aid and TB documentation preferred
- Ability to meet all onboarding and training requirements before assignment
Pay and Benefits
- $18–$19 per hour for qualified, experienced caregivers
