Right at Home is a locally owned and operated home health company with offices in Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, and Des Moines and proudly serving surrounding areas. We are experiencing growth as more older adults appreciate receiving their health care at home. As a result, we need a Clinical Manager to manage our nursing, therapy, and caregiving teams, assure compliance with Medicare regulations and CHAP standards, and, most importantly, provide the highest quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities/Requirements of the Clinical Manager:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Iowa
- Coordinate care between clients and nurses, therapists
- Supervise Nurse Delegation program
- Serve as liaison between clients and primary care providers while coordinating care
- Receive referrals and assign to appropriate staff
- Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations and CHAP standards
- Experience with OASIS completion and Medicare compliance for home health
- Participate in Quality Improvement Performance Improvement practices
- Provide direct, high-quality care as needed to our valuable clients
- Some travel required in Cedar Valley area
