Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Support clients in their homes with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Work flexible shifts based on client needs and your availability
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
