The Schedule
This is the perfect role for someone seeking consistent, part-time supplemental income:

Hours: 9 to 20 hours per week.

Shift Length: Typically 3–4 hour day shifts.

Flexibility: Ideal for students, retirees, or anyone balancing other commitments.
How You’ll Help

Honoring Veterans: Providing companionship and engaging conversation.

Daily Support: Assistance with grooming, bathing, and personal care.

Home Management: Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.

Safety & Wellness: Medication reminders and Alzheimer’s/Dementia support.

Community Connection: Escorting the client for errands and appointments.
Qualifications

Age: Must be 21 years or older.

Reliability: Must have dependable transportation (your own vehicle with valid license/insurance OR a proven ability to use public transit successfully).

Character: You are resilient, adaptable, and genuinely care about the well-being of others.

Experience: Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or LPN is a major plus, but a passionate heart is our top priority.

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Client Matching
We do not assign you clients. You will be able to meet a client before working with them and have the option to say 'yes' or 'no' to accept the position. Your voice is heard.
Competitive Pay
We value our caregivers and want you to receive a pay that reflects the level of care you provide to your client.
Weekly Paychecks
Receive a paycheck every Friday once you start with a client.
Direct Deposit
If you choose to use our direct deposit option, you will not have to wait for it to be processed. Your pay will be direct deposited right away. No waiting.
Paid Time Off
You will accrue up to 40 hours of paid time off each year.
