I’m Stephanie Humphries, owner of Right at Home, and I’m hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) who are committed to high-quality care, strong communication, and accurate documentation. What you’ll do (home health RN):
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Provide nurse delegation and supervision for home health aides.
- Complete initial client assessments, including home safety evaluations.
- Coordinate care with other health disciplines to support client goals and outcomes.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with referral sources, families, and the care team.
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets agency and regulatory standards within Wellsky.
Requirements (must-haves):
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Mandatory reporting certification
- Ability to meet health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the role.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current Mandatory Reporter training/certification (as required).
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel within our service area (45-minute radius of Des Moines).
- Strong communication and documentation skills (timely, accurate charting required).
