FirstLight Home Care is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides who want steady work without being locked into long shifts.

We have:

  •  A consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM)
  •  Additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton & Howell
  •  The ability to stack shifts and build a full-time schedule if you want it 
👉 Whether you want a few hours a week or full-time hours, we can work with your availability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Helping clients with daily care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
  •  Providing companionship and conversation
  •  Light housekeeping and simple meal prep 
  •  Supporting mobility and keeping clients safe at home 
  •  Communicating with our team so care stays consistent 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or similar role preferred 
  •  Someone reliable, patient, and kind
  •  Comfortable working in different homes 
  • Reliable transportation (you may see more than one client) 
  •  Someone who shows up and truly cares
