About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Care as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Adrian, MI. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supported in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve caregiving skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
