About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at ComForCare Home Care in Adrian, MI, as a Home Health Aide! In this rewarding position, you'll provide essential support and companionship to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health status to supervisors.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening as required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
